Best Bets for NFL Week 4

C. McCaffery (SF) O75.5 Rushing Yards – PointsBet

McCaffery faces the Cardinals this weekend. Arizona is a bottom 7 defense against the run this season. The Cardinals allowed T. Pollard to rush for 122 yards in Week 3. SF is the heavy favorite this week at -14, but Arizona has proven to be scrappy and shown an ability to keep games semi-close. SF is one of the NFL’s best teams this season and while I think they win, McCaffery may still be getting carries late into the 4Q. In 3 games this season, McCaffery has rushed for 152, 116, and 85 yards and has yet to receive fewer than 18 carries in a game, despite SF having 2 blowout wins on the resume.

M. Thomas (NO) O4.5 Receptions – FanDuel & betMGM

M. Thomas has caught at least 5 passes in all three games this season, and has received no fewer than 8 targets in a game. Derek Carr’s availability has yet to be confirmed, but it shouldn’t matter. When Jameis Winston entered the game for Carr last weekend, he sent a ton of volume Thomas’s way. The Saints are at home against Tampa Bay this weekend. Tampa ranks in the bottom 10 against the pass this season and Thomas should get a lot of work against Zyon McCollum. These are the games that McCollum has allowed this season:

Week 1: J. Jefferson – 9 catches for 150 yards
Week 2: D.J. Moore – 6 catches for 104 yards
Week 3: A.J. Brown – 9 catches for 131 yards

J. Jefferson (MIN) O101.5 Receiving Yards – DraftKings & betMGM

J. Jefferson is having an ELITE season, leading the league in receiving yards as we head into Week 4. Yes, he has accrued more yards than Tyreek Hill. Jefferson has yet to record less than 149 yards in a game. This week, Minnesota heads to Carolina to take on the 0-3 Panthers. Jefferson will move around, but should get a lot of work against Panthers CB Donte Jackson. Jackson allowed the following stat line to DK Metcalf last week.

Week 3: D.K. Metcalf – 6 catches for 112 yards
